Listing Generator & Templates
Create a complete listing from Tools & AI → Listing Generator, without leaving VintHelper. Fill it in manually or use AI, then publish it to Vinted, save it as a draft, schedule it or keep it in Backups for later.
Creating listings manually is free and unlimited. AI autofill is included in Advanced and Professional; templates are a Professional feature.
Create a listing
- Upload the item's photos: up to 20 images, each smaller than 20 MB. The first is the cover; you can remove photos or reorder them.
- Fill in the title and description.
- Choose the category. The fields Vinted offers for it will appear: brand, size, condition, colour, material or other item details. Browse the options or type to filter them.
- Enter the price and choose the parcel size.
Autofill with AI
You can choose to fill in everything manually or use AI to autofill the details.
Upload the photos, choose the listing language and, optionally, enter the brand. A label photo helps identify the size and material.
In Instructions for my listings, add preferences for style, structure or your usual text, up to 300 words. These instructions are optional and remembered in that browser.
Click Autofill with AI. AI suggests the text, price, category and attributes it can identify. You can change any detail before continuing.
Choose what to do with the listing
At the bottom, under Publish to Vinted?, choose an option and click Execute:
| Option | Result |
|---|---|
| Publish | Saves the backup and publishes the item on Vinted as an active listing. |
| Publish as a draft | Saves the backup and creates a draft on Vinted. |
| Schedule | Saves the backup and opens the date and time picker. Requires Professional. |
| Don't publish | Saves the listing and its photos only to Backups. |
The listing and its photos are always saved to Backups. If you choose not to publish, you can do so from there later. You can also prepare several listings in a row and publish them afterwards.
Complete any missing required details before executing. If publishing fails, check the reason in the results window; the backup remains available so you can try again from Backups.
Scheduling runs in your browser: Vinted and VintHelper must be open when the time comes. See Schedule listings for the requirements and batch management.
Create and save a template
Below AI autofill, open Templates and click New template. Give it a recognisable name, such as “Nike shirts” or “Trousers”.
Every field is optional. Save only a category, or add brand, size, material, text, price, parcel, language, measurements and SKU/location. The selectors offer real Vinted options, just as when creating a listing. Photos are not part of the template.
Click Save template, at the top right or at the end of the form. You can have several templates and edit them later. They are saved to your VintHelper account and available across your other Vinted accounts and browsers.
Every plan can open and explore the panel; creating, editing and applying templates requires Professional.
Apply or remove a template
Open a saved template and click Apply this template. Only its fields are filled in; the listing's other details and photos are kept. If the category changes, check its dependent attributes, which may need filling in again.
The Templates block shows the name of the last template applied. Remove template clears the fields it included, without restoring their values from before it was applied. Photos and other details are kept.
Combine a template with AI
If a template is already applied and you click Autofill with AI, you will see the filled and missing fields. Choose:
- Fill missing only: keeps everything already filled in, whether from the template or your manual changes.
- Replace all: regenerates the details AI fills in, replacing their current values.
Create listings on the web
You can also use Listing Generator and your templates in the VintHelper dashboard. For now, the available action on the web is Save to my backups.
To publish directly, create a Vinted draft or schedule, use the extension. Open listings prepared on the web there and publish them from Backups.
