Organise your inventory and SKUs

Inventory fields help you identify each item and find it when it sells. Use them in Dressing+ and Backups without adding them to the public listing.

Show the fields

Enable SKU/INV in the table header. The view adds each item’s private inventory fields alongside its Vinted details.

On mobile, these appear in a compact layout within each row. Turn the control off to return to the usual view.

What to record

  • SKU: your own reference, such as TEE-001 or COAT-024.
  • Location: where you keep the item, such as Box A · Shelf 2.

Use a consistent reference system across your wardrobe. For example, a prefix for each type of garment followed by a number makes items easier to recognise when packing an order.

Edit and find items

Enter or change an item’s details in its field and save using the row’s control. SKU search lets you find it later without remembering its full title.

Inventory details are part of how you organise items in VintHelper. They do not change the title or description on Vinted.

Use inventory with backups

The inventory control is also available in Backups. Use the reference and location to identify a saved copy when preparing to relist it.

If you have several wardrobes, combine the account filter with SKU search to work with the right selection.

Review inventory in Dashboard

The Dashboard shows your inventory’s status, its value at the listed prices and the age of your listings.

With Export data, prepare a file containing the columns you want to keep or use outside VintHelper.

Search for a feature, a setting or something you want to do.
