Manage conversations with Inbox+
Inbox+ brings your Vinted conversations together so you can reply and organise your work from VintHelper.
Find a conversation
Search for a user or item and use the period selector to narrow down the list. The available periods depend on your plan.
Filters help you distinguish conversations and their statuses. Focus on those needing attention rather than working through every chat.
Click a conversation to open its messages. In the chat, you can review the related item and continue talking to the buyer.
Reply in the chat
Write in the message field and send your reply. Quick replies save you from writing the same frequently used text each time.
To share photos, use the chat’s image control. These images go to the conversation; they are not added to the item’s public photos.
Offers appear within the conversation. Use their controls to respond to an offer or propose a price, depending on the options available for that order or item.
Organise outstanding conversations
Organisation options are private to VintHelper. They help separate what still needs checking from what you have already handled.
- Pin highlights a conversation so it is easy to find.
- Note saves a reminder, such as “send measurements” or “check dispatch date”.
- Status helps you track the conversation.
- Archive removes a conversation from your working view without deleting it from Vinted.
Open the conversation’s three-dot menu to see the available actions. Notes are not sent to the buyer.
Quick replies
Save texts you use often and select them in the chat. Adjust the message before sending it to suit the conversation.
Quick replies help you respond yourself; they do not activate AI Agent or an automation.
Refresh and follow activity
Use Refresh to check for new messages. If your plan includes automatic refresh, choose its interval in Inbox+.
Delete a conversation
Delete conversation in the menu is different from archiving. Check the confirmation before using it to remove the chat from Vinted.
