Relist items
Publish one or more items again as new listings. Keep their details or use the relisting to change photos, wording and prices, then choose whether to publish now, save drafts or schedule the batch.
The usual way is to start from Dressing+. If an item has a backup, its saved photos are used as the starting point; otherwise, the photos come from Vinted.
When to use Relist
Use it to bring older listings back into view or restore items from a backup. If you only want to change things such as the price, photos or condition while keeping the same listing, use Edit in Dressing+.
Open the relisting panel
From Dressing+
- Open Dressing+.
- Find your items using search, the status filter and sorting. For example, filter for On sale and sort by oldest listing date.
- Select the items, choose Republish from the action dropdown and click Execute.
- The relisting panel opens. You can still adjust the settings and item order before starting.
If any item has a backup, Images Source uses the backup photos by default. We recommend these photos to avoid quality loss over successive relistings. You can choose Vinted photos instead from the preview. When using backup photos, the pencil lets you add, remove or reorder them without leaving the panel.
From Backups
Alternatively, select items in Backups and click Relist. The same panel opens with the details and photos saved in the backup. This also lets you restore items that are no longer listed, provided you backed them up before they became inactive on Vinted.
Review the details if you changed the item on Vinted after saving the backup. If the linked listing is still live, relisting will replace it.
The left-hand list shows which items will be processed. On the right, choose the settings shared by the batch.
Relist with Human Mode
Human Mode is enabled by default and is the recommended option. VintHelper opens Vinted's form and works through its steps. Choose one of two speeds:
| Speed | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Regular | Around 2–4 minutes per item. |
| Cautious | Around 4–7 minutes per item, with more time between steps. |
Modify images
Enable Modify images to reveal the controls. Settings apply to the selected items' photos. The preview arrows let you browse your selection without changing the publishing order.
Use VintHelper preset is a shortcut if you do not want to adjust each control: it prepares image variations automatically. To choose the changes yourself, use:
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Flip and rotate | Change the photos' orientation. |
| Crop | Trim the edges or select an aspect ratio. |
| Brightness, contrast, saturation and hue | Adjust the photos' appearance and colour. |
| Frame | Add a frame and choose its style, width, margin, colour and opacity. |
| Shuffle photos, keeping the cover | Reorder the later photos while keeping the first one as the cover. |
| Watermark | Add your image or logo and adjust its position, size and opacity. Available with Advanced or Professional. |
Avoid colour changes that make the item look different from what you are selling. Use the preview to check the result before starting. Turning off Modify images stops these adjustments from being applied.
Image quality when relisting
If you relist from Dressing+ without backing up the item, the photos used are those in the Vinted listing. Vinted compresses photos each time, so repeatedly relisting the same item causes the quality loss to accumulate.
To avoid this, save your items in Backups from Dressing+ (ideally before the first relisting, so they are not already degraded), and that way relisting will always use Backup photos unless instructed otherwise.
This degradation is only noticeable after several relistings; if you are a casual user or do not plan to relist the same item many times, it may not be necessary for you to do this.
Modify the title and description
This section offers three alternatives. It is not a free-form editor for the entire text:
- Rephrase Title & Description with AI creates a new title and description for each item from its details. You can choose the language. Available with Advanced and Professional, subject to your plan's allowance.
- Manually Mass Modify Title adds the text you enter to the start or end of the existing title. For example, adding “Vintage” at the start changes “Blue shirt size M” to “Vintage Blue shirt size M”. It does not replace the whole title or edit the description.
- Change Some Upper & Lowercase makes small upper- and lower-case variations in the title and description without rewriting their content.
Choosing one alternative turns off the others. Make sure any text you add is suitable for every item in the batch.
If the added text creates a character combination that Vinted rejects, the panel warns you and blocks the start until you fix it.
Change prices
Enable Modify price. Apply a general adjustment or preset discounts by price band. An item's manually entered price takes priority over either option.
A general adjustment for the batch
Keep Apply General Discounts selected and set the four controls:
- Decrease or increase: choose the direction.
- Percentage or fixed amount: choose how the change is calculated.
- Amount: enter the percentage or amount to subtract or add.
- Rounding: keep the calculated decimals or use the 0.50, 0.95 or 0.99 options.
For example, decreasing a €20 item by 10%, without rounding, gives a new price of €18. Subtracting a fixed €2 gives the same result for that item, but also subtracts €2 from every other item, whatever its price.
The result appears beside each item's price on the left. Check it before starting. If a calculation falls below Vinted's minimum listing price, the price is raised to that minimum.
Preset discounts by price band · Professional
Use this option when the discount should depend on the item's price. For example, 5% for items priced from 6 to 15, and 10% from 15.01 to 30.
- Under Modify price, click Configure.
- Add a rule and enter the From and To amounts and percentage discount.
- Add further rules if needed, then click Save.
- Back in the relisting panel, select Apply Preset Discounts and check the prices in the list.
Both ends of a range are included. 6–15 and 15–30 therefore overlap at 15: start the second band at 15.01 to separate them. Discounts use each item's base price, before this batch's adjustment.
Items outside all configured bands keep their base price. General and preset discounts are alternatives: they do not apply together. Selecting presets again in the same panel does not apply another discount to the already reduced price.
Rules are saved to your VintHelper account and are separate from the offer rules in Notifs+ or Auto Mode. Configuring them does not activate them: select the option whenever you want to use them. A discount above 50% shows a warning to help catch mistakes, but a valid discount can still be saved.
Set an individual item's price
Click the pencil beside the item's price, enter the final amount and confirm with the save button. This is available on every plan, even when Modify price is off.
The manual price overrides a general adjustment or matching band. To return to the shared calculation, edit that price again and use Remove manual price. You can change prices before starting; once the batch begins, they are fixed for that run.
Reuse your previous settings
Use settings from last repost restores the configuration used previously: images, wording, prices and other options. It does not retrieve other items' photos or titles; it applies those settings to the items you have just selected.
If that configuration used preset discounts, the choice is restored too. If it used VintHelper's image presets, fresh variations are prepared.
Choose drafts, publishing or scheduling
Before starting, check Draft or publish:
| Option | Result |
|---|---|
| Save as draft | The new item is saved on Vinted without being published. You can review and publish it later. |
| Publish now | The batch creates and publishes the new listings with your selected settings. |
| Schedule | Saves the batch to start later. Available with Professional. |
Create/Update Cloud Backup creates a backup or updates the existing one with the item’s final details, such as its title, description and price, while keeping the original photos already saved in it.
Schedule is exclusive to the Professional plan. Click Schedule at the bottom of the panel, then choose the first item's date and time and the pause between subsequent items. The suggested starting time is two hours later. Schedule up to seven days ahead and manage the batch under Auto Mode → Scheduled.
Scheduling runs in your browser. At the scheduled time, your computer or phone must be on and unlocked, with Vinted and VintHelper open. Otherwise the batch stays pending and runs when you next open VintHelper.
The start notification lets you begin, cancel or postpone the batch by five minutes. See Scheduled listings for the full workflow.
Item order and pauses
Items are processed one at a time, in the order of the left-hand list. When several items are selected, use the arrows beside their photos to move them up or down before starting.
Pause between items is the wait after one item finishes and before the next begins. It is not an exact publication time: if the first item takes three minutes and you set a 60-second pause, the next starts roughly four minutes after the first began. Waiting times can vary slightly.
During a manual relisting, you can also reorder pending items while the batch is paused. The item in progress and completed items cannot move. Reordering during execution is not available for scheduled batches.
While the batch runs and when it finishes
Click Republish and publish or Republish to draft, depending on your selection. The batch's settings and prices are fixed, and the list starts showing each item's progress.
Keep Vinted and VintHelper open. On a computer you can minimise VintHelper; on a phone, keep the browser visible and the device unlocked.
If one item fails with an individual error, the batch continues with the next. If Vinted requests verification or limits requests, processing may stop or wait. Check each item's status: a finished batch does not mean every item was published.
Cancel does not undo completed relistings. It stops the batch from continuing, but a step for the current item may still be finishing. Check that item's result on Vinted before trying again.
What each plan includes
Relisting, Human Mode, general price changes and individual manual prices are available within your plan's limits. Advanced and Professional include AI rewriting and watermarks. Professional adds preset discounts by price band and scheduled batches.
