Send messages and offers to people who favourite your items

Notifs+ lets you select favourite notifications and send a message, an offer or both. Prepare a batch for several items and check each offer price before sending it.

Find notifications

Choose the period to review: 1, 3, 5 or 7 days. Use the filters to separate processed and pending notifications, and search to find an item or buyer.

Select the notifications you want to process and open the messages and offers panel. The left-hand list shows the recipients and items included.

Prepare a message

Enable Send message and write your text. Use a saved message or prepare one for this batch.

The library holds up to ten messages. Save a thank-you, an invitation to ask for measurements or a message about bundle discounts.

Use {user} to insert the username and {item} to insert the item. For example: “Hi {user}! Thanks for adding {item} to your favourites.” Check the text before starting.

Prepare an offer

Enable Send offer. The general adjustment lets you set a discount as a percentage or an amount. The left-hand list shows the offer price for each item.

For example, a 10% discount on a €20 item gives an €18 offer. Check any warnings next to a price that needs attention.

Change an individual offer

Click Edit next to an item’s offer to enter a specific price. This edit takes priority over the general settings and any price-tiered offers you have applied.

To reuse a particular offer for future favourites on that item, choose to save it for the item. Editing an offer for this batch and saving an item-specific offer are separate choices: save it only when you want to reuse it.

Apply price-tiered offers

With Professional, Apply tier offers uses different discounts depending on the item’s price. Configure tier offers opens the rules you can also use in automatic mode.

Click Apply for every manual batch where you want to use them. Afterwards, you can still change an individual offer with Edit.

Start the batch

1. Check the selected recipients.
2. Check which options are enabled: message, offer or both.
3. Review the text and individual prices.
4. Set the wait between actions.
5. Click Process.

Once preparation begins, the button shows Wait… and the panel scrolls to the top so you can follow the progress. Each notification shows its result.

Keep Vinted and VintHelper open while the batch runs. To respond to new favourites without selecting each batch yourself, use Automatic messages and offers.
